3D Laser Scanner

The WACS and TrimSaver use a 3D scanning-enabled laser system to control the board position. Unlike the camera and sensor type systems that simply detects the presence of a fabric by detecting the edges of a fabric, the laser scanner detects the width of a section by measuring the entire distance from the center to the edge. Laser scanners do not require a separate backlight, and does not get affected by steam, dust, and external light.

2-Pivot Guiding Wheel

The ZEMISCO system uses an independent, 2-axis guide wheel system without the use of a one-axis guide wheel.

This has many advantages. The independent 2-axis guide wheel system is an axial complement that allows the paper to be moved left and right, without being hung, even if it is rotated quickly. However, in the case of a one-axis guide wheel, the left and right tension imbalance can occur during rapid rotation. To avoid this, the one-axis guide wheel operates slowly. This system is patented in Korea and Japan.
